MOJITO RECIPE Ingredients

  • 240ml white rum
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 lemons, cut into wedges
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 4 dashes of lemon juice
  • Crushed ice as required
  • Soda as required

METHOD OF MAKING MOJITO

Mojito recipe :- 1. To make syrup, heat sugar and ½ cup water in a non-stick pan till the sugar melts. Take the pan off the heat and allow the syrup to cool completely.

2. To make one portion, put 12-15 mint leaves in a serving glass, add a few lemon wedges, muddle with a muddler.

3. Add 25ml of sugar syrup, a dash of lemon juice, 60ml white rum, add crushed ice, and top up with soda. Serve immediately.

FRESING MOJITO IS READ TO SERVE
